What we do:

• Reformat videos 
  • ex: I would like my landscape video [16:9] reformatted to a portrait ratio [9:16].
• Edit provided videos 
  • ex:  I would like to cut my video down by removing the first 30 seconds.
• Camera ready spec check
  • ex: My client provided this video and I want to make sure it is to spec.
• Create a video from stock images, video, and music 
  • ex: My client supplied images, text, and graphics, please add stock video and music to create a video.

What we don’t do:

• Create voice overs 
• Custom filming 

The Creative team must receive a video file as MP4 or MOV format. Do not send Youtube or Facebook links, we can not extract video links without violating terms and conditions. If Closed Caption is desired, a complete script must be provided.

All video requests, where we are creating video from provided and/or stock assets, require a brief call with Creative to discuss the project needs and goals.

Turn around times:

Editing of Provided Video | 3 business day turnaround
Standard video lengths (15 or 30 seconds) 

Creation of Video | 5 business day turnaround
From still images and/or provided video footage.
Standard video lengths (15 or 30 seconds) 

Build Outs or Resizing/Reformatting | 5 business day turnaround
Ex: Changing aspect ratio for social placements.
Standard video lengths (15 or 30 seconds) 

Corrections | 48 hour turnaround
Turnaround for corrections on video creation or editing.
